I had lot of issues with Kernel panics and usually I got a message about "Unable to access SDD" or something like that. I found out through one of the forums that resetting PRAMS works. Also I changed the power setting to uncheck "Put hard disk to sleep".
However I am again facing issue post the most recent OS upgrade to Catalina. Below are the logs. Can someone please help debugging this?

I'd uninstall Paragon and see what happens. Use the developer's instructions or uninstaller to remove it.

Well, it is a guessing game now!!! I got the idea it could be the Logmein app, so I deleted it. and for the last 4 hours, I have not had a sudden shutdown, which has been happenining like 6 times a day.
There really isn't any analysis of the logs.
There are two main causes as I pointed out.
If you eliminate the third-party kexts (by uninstalling and testing), then it is most likely hardware. What that hardware happens to be would need to be determined by Apple or a certified repair center.
The LogMeIn folks seem unable to produce a clean kernel extension.
No. The only way to tell for sure is to leave it uninstalled long enough for you to determine that no more panics occur.
Kernel Panics are primarily caused by third-party kernel extensions and hardware faults. There are other causes, but very rare.
The panic log generally doesn't offer any clues.
Yes I did that. The issue still persists.
Post Catalina the culprit is
"watchdog timeout: no checkins from watchdogd in 93 seconds"
Me too, I am getting too many sudden shutdown, and I get an error report that I routinely send to apple, this is part of what the report say;

I don't know why you are posting random snippets from panic logs.
There is very little in the logs that can provide much information as to what or why.
There are some clues in the signature, but not necessarily useful.
After latest update Catalina 10.15 the issue still persists but the logs have changed. Not sure what this watchdog thing is.
Then it is either an obscure bug in the macOS kernel, or a hardware problem.
Hardware problems can pop up after an update, but that can just be some issue with the OS.
I have been having lots of kernel panics too since the upgrade to Catalina. iMac 2019. After 30 minutes of usage, more or less, the system freeze and panics .
Backtrace processes rarely have anything to do with the cause of the panic.
Can you tell with any kind of certainty that it is Log me in app?? So far I am just guessing!!!
