Is there a way to find the bluetooth connection history and duration on my iphone 7 plus ?

It is very important.

I am not technical at all, however i can follow procedures and instructions though. If you are kind enough can you help me find the appropriate instructions or manual or procedure ?

It really depends on how technical you are. This information may be in a sysdiagnose log that your phone can generate, but it may not be easy to interpret. Developer.apple.com has instructions on doing a sysdiagnose.
