Add custom alert sounds on MacOS Catalina

Respected Apple Incorporated. Community,

Since Mojave we were able to add custom, '.aiff' files to sounds folder in library by disabling, 'System Integrity protection' for a while. But now, MacOS system files are been set to ready only. I was looking for a solution to add my own sound effect for notification alerts.
