I can’t change my profile picture on Game Center, and when I click my profile picture it does nothing. There’s no edit button at the bottom of my profile picture. I’m on an iPad Mini 4.

If I am not mistaken Apple released iPadOS 13.1.3 today which addresses this problem.
I tapped it, but it does nothing.
