im trying to log into the App Store using my Apple ID but I get an error message saying iTunes is unable to process purchases and then could not sign in ??
ive updated to the latest iOS but still can’t log in.
can anyone help?

In Settings > (your name) iTunes & App Store you can't tap on Apple ID and sign in?
If I try to reset my password there it opens up a web page and I get the following message
its causing me problems as I can’t update any apps :(
exactly - when I click my name it says at the bottom sign out but the iTunes and App Store days off and when I click it I enter my Apple ID and password and I can’t log in
I then thought because my iPhone and iPad are linked that was my problem but I’ve logged out and logged back on my iPad with no problems - but still can’t do. It on my iPhone
Not sure what happened but I’ve just tried to log in again and it’s let me 🤷🏻♀️ Thanks for ur help :)
Sign out of your Apple ID for iTunes and Apps and sign back in.
I tried that - that’s where my problem is - I can’t sign back in
