Iphone 13.1.2 update issues

After automatically updating to 13.1.2 on iPhone XR I can’t access my messages (there is an exclamation error symbol on the icon), can’t access my phone/contacts (screen is blank), can’t access my camera and the majority of apps aren’t working. iPhone doesn’t work with CarPlay either. I have restarted without success. What do I do?

After updating via iTunes without success I tried to restore, again without success. Took my phone into the Genius Bar and was issued with a replacement... it was a problem I couldn’t fix after all. Thanks for your advice.
