Missing Audio Midi Utility

Now that Catlina removed the Audio Midi Utility (must have been 32 bit), is there some way or piece of software to set the output bitrate of my iMac. I subscribe to HD music and now my computer is stuck outputting standard bitrates without the uniltity.

I have no audio in one software program (Beat Buddy Manager 1.64 from Singular Sound) since upgrading to Monterey Worked fine before. Reached out to the company and other users. Other users report no problems in Monterey and it works fine on a macbook pro but not this iMac. Singular Sound suggest looking in Sound settings or midi settings or permissions but I am not sure what changes I can make. Anyone any ideas please. Thank you Jonty

The Audio MIDI Setup app has not been removed. It's still in the Utilities folder as always.
