So, I’ve got a Bluetooth keyboard for my iPad, and whenever I press Caps Lock, it switches languages (I’ve got three language keyboards set). How do I disable this, it’s very annoying. This never happened in previous iOS versions, only with iPadOS 13.

With keyboard connected, Go to settings/general/keyboard/keyboards and turn off the “switch languages with caps lock” button.

Ah! I didn't know the keyboard needed to be active at the same time. That did it, and I switched it off now. Thanks!
