Up-graded to iOS 13.1.2 and now my iPad Air will not open in iTunes on Mac. Icon shows but spinning wheel goes on for ever.
Some apps not working or quitting after short time of use on iPad. Disastrous iOS upgrade!!!

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Yes, thank you. I did this and at least my iTunes is responding to my iPad.
Problems with some apps persists but not much I can do about that unfortunately.
