Hi, does apple has tax-free policy? And if it varies one store to another does apple store in Amsterdam have tax-free policy?

If there is a tax levied by the government at the location you are buying it, you will be charged tax. If you are having Apple send it to you and you live in a location where there is no tax, then Apple will not charge a tax. Remember that Apple will not ship to a foreign country.
