While editing clips I can hear the video when I drag mouse across clips in iMovie. Happens on iMac but not my MacBook Pro. How do I turn off? I don't want to turn off my volume completely just annoying to hear the clips as I drag my mouse over clips.
In iMovie go to the View menu at the top and disable (uncheck) Audio Skimming.

Great! :) It can be hard to keep track of all the little adjustments that can be made from the iMovie menu item drop-downs.
