Blocked from using PayPal as a method of payment. What should I do?

I used to pay with PayPal but now apple Is blocking me from paying this way, what should I do?

A payment for a weekly app was booked twice on the same day, so I opened a query in PayPal against the booking. Now the iTunes Store has blocked me from using PayPal.
