When will Apple fix the release 13.1.2? My phone is almost useless. So many things are not working correctly, calls dropped apps do not work locked up
13.1.3 fixed a few things but the email functionality is still awful.
Notifications show on the lock screen but when you go into your mail app the email is not there...yet eventually it will show up but it takes awhile.

I understand you are having some issues with iOS 13.1.2.
iOS 13.1.3 was released on October 15, 2019, so you may want to update to the most current version after backing it up.
