The problem with the application
The problem is that when I try to move applications from one page to another, I begin to lag the operating system and the application just does not get up, but hangs in the air

Check if you have Zoom enabled (and disabled it) in Settings>Display& Brightness>Zoom, and/or in Settings>Accessibility>Zoom. Then restart your iPhone.
