my caller ID stopped working

my caller ID stopped working after i updated the iOS, what can I do?

I happened with iOS 13.1.1, now I have 13.1.2 and it's the same. HELP

The problem is not with caller Id from the carrier side. The number from the calling party appears correctly. What does not happen is that that number is matched to the contacts in the address book and you can see the name of the person calling. This happened to all 4 iPhones in my family.

Caller id is a carrier feature, contact your cell phone provider.

it is not, it has happened to a lot of people here in Mexico. Previous the actualization, it worked perfectly

yes I did. The problem was that I had the phone numbers saved with the country code... and my carrier now wants just the city code and the phone number. Hope this works for you!
