Unable to Log Into Profile Manager (Server) after Catalina Update

After updating to Catalina, I am unable to access the profile manager web interface. I can't even telnet port 80 or 443 on my Server...any way to resolve this?

Thanks

I had the same problem.

I had a look at this https://www.waynedixon.com/2019/10/13/macos-catalina-profile-manager-and-other-websites/ because I thought it might be related, however my solution was simple..

Open a terminal, and type in

sudo apachectl stop

, then

sudo apachectl start

I'm not sure if its persistent across reboots, and when I turned my Profile Manager service off and on again after a cert change I had to re-issue the commands
