Apple Watch Series 5 Screen Fault

Has anyone had a perfect semicircle appear on their series 5 Apple Watch at unboxing? The spot is in the mid-right side of the watch face and is next to the top of the side button. It is especially apparent when the screen is another color other than black and does not disappear with use.
