I get a report junk message from certain valid contacts. How do I get this corrected?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you want to make sure your known contacts are not getting reported as junk mail. I’ll be happy to help with this.

When you saw this happen, was there any other options present so this wasn’t junk? If so, you’d want to select that option so Mail starts to recognize this email as not junk. Also, it can help if you add the contact name and email to your contacts, or mark it as a VIP. You can read more about this here:

Yeah, this same thing has happened to me. Choose the Don’t Report option from the screen shot and iOS should learn this is not a junk contact over time.
