Sending trusted contacts to junk

How do I prevent trusted contacts from being sent to junk?

There are some contacts that no matter what I do they always go into my junk folder. From there I "move to inbox" and I've even made them a VIP in my contacts... but no matter what they will always go into the Junk folder.
