Contacts not syncing

Additions to my Contacts on my iMac are not syncing across my other Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook Air), nor vice versa. At the same time, many incoming emails are incorrectly going to my spam folders. I would like to know how to fix these problems and if they are related. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

iMac 27″, macOS 11.1

These issues are most likely unrelated.


To synch your contacts, sign out of Apple ID on your other devices and sign back in again


The spam folders may actually be controlled by your email provider(s). You may need to log on to your accounts using a web browser and make those senders "safe". How you do this differs with each email providers, but look at their "junk/spam" folder and they should provide a way to make the sender "safe".
