Only US page (https://www.apple.com/iphone-11-pro/specs/) mentioned Sapphire crystal lens cover are being used on iPhone 11 Pro, none of other countries mentioned it. Who can clarify?

iPhone 13 pro back camera glass broken 13 pro back camera one glass is broken, we have to change everything like battery camera board etc. instead of a glass change. even customer care they are telling change the glass from outside. from outside its possible to change the camera glass then why apple not providing for customers this service ?, how normal people can pay this much amount for a camera glass change.

US special version? If the lens doesn't cover by sapphire crystal, it is a deal breaker to me...🤔
