My iTunes CD library

My iTunes now has many CDs i've ripped, including a lot of bootlegs. I won't be subscribing to Apple Music and I want to be sure the new Music App won't try to match my existing music with their Apple Music library.

If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or Match then Apple won't try to do any interfacing with its iCloud collection. Nothing has changed with the new Music App in this regard. All they really did was split the various parts into separate applications but they pretty much each retained their own functionality.
