ITunes no longer works after installing iOS 13

I have an iPad mini 4. After installing iOS 13, including the most recent update, my iTunes music player no longer works. It freezes up. I’ve tried rebooting the iPad but that hasn’t helped. Any suggestions?

Problem solved with the iOS 13.2 update. The Music App on my iPad is now working again.
