I can't find the new emojis

okay so , my friends are getting the new emojis but i can’t find them . i’ve updated my phone to 13.1.3 and that’s all i see . please help .

This is what I found:

Emoji 12.0 support is available on most major platforms and coming to iOS 13.2 in November 2019. Emoji 12.1 is a minor update to Emoji 12.0, approved in October 2019. This adds additional gender and skin tone sequences. This is supported in iOS 3.2, with other vendor support expected in early 2020.
