My photos will not upload to my Ancestry app on my phone since the new update this week. Very frustrating!!!

I went to two facilities and signed into their wifi. Still the same issues.
This is very frustrating. Almost a week and no one can answer my questions. This is why people don’t want to update their phones.
I have deleted the app 2x and uploaded (which takes 30 minutes because my Ancestry file is so large.)

What happens when you try? Error message(s)? The only other thing I know to try is a factory reset. Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
Trying another WiFi is just a test to see if it is a WiFi problem at your normal location.
