Running Mojave on a 2015 MBP. I look at many many video files.
The furthest right Finder windows in the column format now offers a "More..." It actually gets in the way of what I want to see and used to scan rapidly before Mojave:
Size
Date created
Dimensions
Duration
Now I have to scroll down. Yeah, I can make huge windows but I don't wanna.
Any way to remove it?

The thing to do is to remove the option for More.
Here is how to do it, open a Finder window, highlight a file
so the Preview window opens up.
Now click on View in the menubar and select Show Preview Options.
There is a list of items you can add or remove from the Preview window,
at the very bottom is Show Quick Actions if you uncheck that then the More
button will disappear leaving a clear view. Depending on the type of file in the
Preview window the Preview Options list varies. for example for images there
are multiple options you can have it display.

Attached you'll see the "More..."
It's now hiding the info I could see with a glance before.
Now I have to scroll down.
Bad place to put the "More..." Lower at least. Option to hide for sure. Get rid of it best.
How many millions of times a day do people look at that info and now it's covered up.
How about a screen shot as I don't see what your problem is?
