IOS13 udate stopped Sprint Data from working

I have Sprint as my carrier on my iPhone 8. After 1 did the IOS13.1.2 update all Sprint data stopped working. I can send email, text, use maps and CarPlay all when I'm on WiFi but I can't do any of those things if I'm not on WiFi. My wife has an identical phone. She didn't do the update and everything still works fine on her phone.
