iOS 13.1.3 App crashing

i updated all devices yesterday iPhone XS Max, iPad and MBook pro - 2016. All have been functioning fine on the last iteration of software. 12 I believe. On the iPhone and the iPad, my CBS and Hulu apps crashed every minute or so. The MacBook Pro I only use Outlook and word and that seemed fine. Will Apple be rolling out a fix soon?

Since I updated to iOS 13 I am facing many problems. I have iPhone XS and now many apps are crashing and few like eBay not even opening. Never had any issues with iOS 12. It’s very annoying now. Thinking to downgrade:(

Completely frustrated after updating my iphoneXR. Apps keep crashing and some won’t even open. All have been updated. I have to keep turning phone on and off. Is there a fix for this or is it here to stay?

I am having the same problem with iPadOS 13.1.3. Certain apps, such as CBS and Hulu, crash every 4 to 7 minutes. The problem began when I upgraded from iOS 12 to iPadOS 13.

My Instagram and ola app is getting crashed and not even opnening once after iOS and app update

Me too having a same issue. Only restart can help. Have you got any solution? It is very annoying.
