Screen issues

Hello

i have series 1 watch 3 years and the screen is coming away. I have looked online and this is a known problem with the battery swelling and pushing the screen out.

I went to the apple shop I bought the watch and they said it is not a known issue and it would cost £250 for them to repair.

This doesn’t seem fair as I haven’t misused the watch, but the faulty battery or design has caused the problem.

Does anyone have any advice?

You can try to escalate your complaint by asking to speak to the Manager of the shop or possibly someone in higher authority and plead your case.
