Most of my iCloud photos are missing from iPhone

Hi, I have thousands of pictures and videos on iCloud. If I go to settings>[name]>icloud I can see that I have 130 gigs of Photos. The majority of my photos doesn’t show up in the Photos app, I only see photos taken in the last few months and saved photos that I did not take with my phone.

I went through all the settings related to iCloud photos, everything is turned on.

Please help me, how can I get back my pictures on my iPhone?

Can't see my iCloud photos on my new Iphone. I just upgraded to Iphone 12 and after signing with my iCloud Account I still don't have my pictures in my photos gallery. They are still in iCloud photos if I look on Safari. What should I do to get them all back in my photos gallery so I can have them on my phone?

Hi I was wondering why I can’t find any of my photos on my iCloud. that I’ve deleted in my phone I can’t seem to find any of the photos that I’ve deleted in my iPhone. Just trying to find out how to get the pictures back ?
