Looking for good monitor with speakers and webcam to use with Mac Mini

I have an old iMac that I'm thinking of replacing with a Mac Mini. If possible I'd like to replicate the capabilities of the iMac to play audio and also the camera/mic capability to use with Skype, etc. I know that I can get separate components for video, audio, webcam, etc. but I was wondering if there are any good monitor that have all of these capabilities built into one unit. Thanks.
