I still cannot add the new app Find My on my home page. It's in settings but no icon.

I see you're having an issue finding the Find My app.

If you've updated to a version of iOS 13, try using the search feature to locate it.

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Find My is wherever you had Find my iPhone, usually in the Extras folder.
