Iphone 11 pro - won’t turn on.

I just had this same issue fixed with Apple Chat support. Tried the volume up, down, hold side button to no avail. Then did the same procedure while phone connected to my computer and voila, phone woke up. Was told this happens during updates or cut off in middle of update. just glad it worked.

I left mine charging last night on the wireless charger and this morning it did the same thing as yours

Same exact thing happened to me! I just got the iphone 11 pro max last month and was freaking out. I had it charged over night which seems like the most common thing on here and it went completely blank. I did the following: pressed down on the volume up button for about 3 seconds then the volume down button for 3 seconds and pressed down on the power button. I will say it worked faster when it was charging at the same time.

Thanks for all your advice! Same thing happened to my iPhone 11 Pro Max during the night and I woke up in full panic mode. I had to put my phone to charge and then the advice worked. Held volume button for 3 secs, down volume for 3 sec and then side button until I saw the Apple icon. Do we know what caused this? Thanks

My iPhone 11 Pro Max shut itself off (fully charged) and will not turn back on

It happened to me and i dod that and worked fine now im typing this off my phone that shut off like yours its just a spazz

I did the procedure suggested and it worked.

This worked for me but I’m wondering if this is a hardware or software issue. Is bringing the phone to Apple a waste of time?

This worked I’m surprised this is a common issue. I had to fix my mother in-laws brand new 11 Pro Max. Going to Apple today to have them replace it just in case.
