ECG app of the Apple Watch 5 purchased from Bulgaria

Hi, I bought an Apple watch 5 from Bulgaria. Unfortunately, I found the ECG application was missing. I live most of the time in a country where the app is active, but I can't use my Apple watch purchased from BG. I feel lied to and discriminated against because I paid the full price for a watch that I cannot fully use. I want to find out if you are doing anything about not harming BG users, otherwise I am intent on informing the law enforcement authorities about the trendy discrimination policy because we are buying the device at its full price without being able to use it.

when ECG is viewed as medical equipment it's a legal matter

I'm Bulgarian, and I purchased the device naturally from Bulgaria. But I spend a lot of time in another EU country. Why have you restricted me from using the ECG function? Aren't we the same people? I am very disappointed that Apple products purchased from BG have cut functionality, Consumers cannot take advantage of the main function. Why is the product at its full price? And why has no one informed me that the product has been cut off and cannot be used to the full?

Taking an ECG with the ECG app on Apple Watch Series 4 or later - https://support.apple.com/HT208955 - "Make sure that the ECG app is available in your country or region and that you're in the country or region where your device was purchased."
