ECG not available in the Philippines

I am not rich, but still i bought apple watch 4 because of the ECG app. And later on i found out that it is not available on philippines. Why most of the featured app is not available in the Philippines. Why sell your watch here when the features cant be use here..... we are not rich and yet i felt like i was scammed. I though i could monitor my heart with this watch. Im so disappointed. I have been waiting for more than a year for the ecg to be available in our country. But i think apple doesnt have plans to include it. I am so disppointed.

Apple cannot activate the ECG feature until your government approves that use. Everything else on the Watch works in your country so why would Apple not sell it? Contact your representative and push for approval.
