iPad updated
My iPad updated and hasn’t worked since, it’s a black green with a circular loading circle, flashes to the hello screen every now and then, also get hot and has been like this for 2 days not sure what to do

If you are getting the Hello screen, your iPad has already been erased of its data.
I suggest you try a full restore of your iPad as new using iTunes on a real computer.
You can restore all of your apps ( but not any saved data ) using the Purchased section of the iOS App Store app to get back all of your apps.
Failing doing that, it will be time to ring it into your nearest, “local” Apple Store for diagnosis, evaluation and let Apple employees sort and solve your iPad issues.
