apple configurator 2 does not save changes of home screen to iPad or iPhone

Agreed, after many google searches and failed attempts this function does not work correctly. Hoping a fix comes soon.

I’m afraid I was waiting months for this issue to get resolved, then I gave up and kept configuring the apps manually 🤣🤣

iPad pro 2020 and still the same problem.Noy saving the changes.

Oh god no! I’d throw the phone against the wall before I do that LOL

just spent an hour re-arranging the apps and then poof - no apply. This was a basic feature of itunes why take it away? FIX THIS PLEASE!!
