How to shuffle music in genres

I used to like shuffling music in a specific genre in iTunes but since the latest Catalina/Music update the genre tab has been removed. Anyone know how to shuffle by genre in the latest update on desktop?

Well, after further check, it does work directly with the "Genre" added on the left bar as I indicated yesterday... if the "Shuffle" mode is defined "per song" in the "Command" menu, and not "per album" as it was defined for me yesterday... and except for my "Pop/Rock" genre with which it just doesn't work (too many songs? or some corrupt information somewhere?).

Thanks for the tip, but I still have a problem: the smart playlist gets created without problem, but if I try playing it, in normal or shuffle mode, Music just crashes immediately! (my genre has 5261 songs).

I really wish Apple would just bring back the "shuffle all" for genres!!!

By the way, if you hover over "Library" on the left bar, you can add "Genre" (in addition to "Recently added", "Artists"), which is good... but still without possibility to play it all in shuffle mode. Or at least I didn't manage to make it.
