Recurring 'System Extension Blocked' popup regarding Dell Encryption Enterprise after Catalina Upgrade

After upgrading to Catalina I'm getting a popup every 30 minutes telling me that a system extension was blocked and I need to enable extensions from Dell Encryption Enterprise and developer Benjamin Fleischer.

But when I got to System Preferences > Security & Privacy (as directed) there is nothing for me to click "Allow" on in the 'General' tab.

I cannot uninstall Dell software, as it is needed for work.

Any clues out there?
