Why am I still receiving Calendar notifications for invitations after turning them off?

I turned off Calendar notifications for Invitations and Invitee Responses in Settings. I've attached a screenshot below of my Settings configuration. However, I still receive Calendar notifications, sounds, and badges for invitations from my Microsoft Exchange account for work. It seems as though turning off notifications for Invitations and Invitee Responses did nothing. The only way I've figured how to turn the specific notifications for Invitations and Invitee Responses off is by turning off all notifications for Calendar which I don't want to do. However, it would seem unnecessary to do so since there are settings specifically designed for the functionality I want; yet, these settings aren't working the way I thought they would. Is there something I'm missing or is this just straight up a bug from Apple? I appreciate any and all help. Thank you!

I’ve discovered another Calendar issue that looks likely to provide more insight on the problem described above. I have still been receiving Invitation and Invitee Response Calendar notifications on my Apple Watch even though I have set my Apple Watch to mirror my iPhone settings (check the screenshot below). The configuration of the Calendar notification settings on my iPhone as seen in the iPhone Settings app (see screenshot further down) is different from what the Apple Watch app reports the configuration is of the Calendar notification settings on my iPhone.

There are two likely scenarios: either the Apple Watch is incorrectly determining what the settings from my iPhone are to mirror, or iPhone truly does have all Calendar notifications on and the Apple Watch is correctly determining what the settings from my iPhone are to mirror. This means the Settings app on the iPhone isn’t really turning off the Calendar notifications regardless of what notifications are toggled on or off. I think the latter scenario makes more sense since it also describes why I’ve still been receiving certain Calendar notifications on my iPhone that have been turned off (the main issue from my first post).
