Home sharing not sharing all music!

I have home sharing set up but it does not share my complete library. I am sharing the library between users on my machine. My music library is on user 1. I want to share it with user 2. When I am in the Music app in user 2, which is the user I use most often, and go to choose a library there are two libraries with the same name to choose from. If I pick the first one, about a dozen albums show up. If I pick the second one, many more albums show up, but not all.

At one point I had 4 libraries to choose from, all with the same name. Some share nothing. One actually did share my complete library, but then the computer froze when I was playing music and I had to shut down and restart and that complete shared library was gone.

I keep doing the same thing over and over, and don't get the complete library to share.
