Maybe I should have pasted the previous comnversation string. I was looking for the APP developer with the previous instructions and they are not listed under purchases in the APP Store even though it is still on my screen. I want to get my years of diary I kept on it. How else do I find the developer for iDO Pro?? Thanks!
This app still appears on my phone and iPad. However, it is not in Purchases (All), or Not on this iPhone).
I have scrolled through slowly and read each app. What can I try next?
