Iphone unlock

I have been waiting for apple to unlock my phone. I switched phone carriers and have not been able to use my phone since yesterday and the request to unlock my phone was sent 24 hours ago.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Apple doesn't unlock the iPhone. That is done by your cellular provider.

Apple doesn't unlock phones.

Cellular carriers unlock phones.

Your cellular carrier should send you instructions to complete the unlock once they do it.
