I am interested in upgrading my MacBook Pro 2017 SSD (macbookpro14 1).
At the moment the capacity is 250GB.
Is this possible?

It is possible your storage is 250GB yes. It is not possible to user upgrade the SSD to a larger size.
This is point of purchase only.
You can buy a machine with a larger capacity and sell the old machine.
Both RAM and storage or soldered units on the CPU.

As far as I know, SSD of 2017 MacBook Pro is soldered on logic board, so answer is no you can't upgrade SSD.
