I can't find the update to macOS Catalina. The software update is giving me the message that the update can't be found. what can I do to fix the problem?

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

See if running these commands in the Terminal helps. Helped a couple people. I never had the problem so I couldn't test them.

sudo softwareupdate -l --all --force --reset-ignored


softwareupdate --reset-ignored
