Someone is using my credit card on there Apple account. Making multiple internet purchases. I gave no one the authority to use my card on Apple Pay and make purchases please help in this fraudulent matter!!

Log onto the CC web site and lock the card immediately. Than call the CC company and report the fraudulent charge(s). Under U.S. federal law, the maximum that you are responsible for is $50 but most CC companies waive that.
We are fellow users like you. Report the card to the issuer so they can cancel it.
