Someone has been buying iTunes from my account

Someone has been buying iTunes from my account I have been bill £600 since June I spoke to someone yesterday who said they would cancel all of my itune accounts,and said I would be refunded £200 I’m sorry but I really am upset by what money I have been offered, I feel I should be completely reimbursed as I can prove it’s not me or my daughter who have brought any of these itunes
