Missing apple product inquiry

We purchased apple series watch 4 from the flipkart but after unboxing the product there is any cheap 50 rupees local chain watch instead of apple watch i want to complain missing of product because i thought apple must know the product is missing in future if the product is activated apple should take a action against the person and apple is responsible for the missing product or not i want to know this. Hope for the resolution by apple. I am providing apple watch series 4 box Serial number - FH7YM03FKDH0
