Missing Apple Watch from the intact box

Please find below my conversation with the vendor below:

Concern,

I bought one Apple Watch from your store on July 22, 2022 for my brother. I flew back to Bangladesh on July 25, 2022. During these three days the whole box was kept in my hand carry bag and not been exposed. 

In the morning when my brother unboxed it he found everything is there except the Watch. We tried to call you several times but failed ‘cause noone received the call. Then I sent someone who has been residing in Bangkok to talk to you guys in this regard. He was advised to ask the actual customer to send the mail to centralworld@apple.com with details of the issue and documents. 

Please note that I was not provided with any paper or digital invoice. My payment slip was kept by the VAT return authority at the airport. I have attached the VAT return slip for your reference. Also attached the pics of unboxing state. 

Requesting your kind support to resolve the issue This issue at the earliest.

If You can’t find my missing Apple Watch can you at least lock it so no thief can use it again?
