I uploaded my gmail account to my iphoneX and i get about 100 random junk emails a day from insurance to CBD, to complete smut. I've tried Unsubscribe, added a malware app (which has been useless). How can I stop all this garbage email?

Try using the Gmail app or log into the Gmail webmail and mark them as junk and hope for the best. They aren't malware so that type of app won't work, look for a junk mail blocking app.
